How to order
1. Describe your scene
Send me a description of what you’d like me to draw by submitting the request form below.
Example: "I want to have an image of me and my cat leaning on each other. My cat and I live alone so we rely on each other. It's just us. He is super affectionate. I'd like to add a few specks of food around his mouth. He always manages to have food under his mouth. I want to hold a balloon just like your other illustration if possible."
This is a good example of the level of detail I’d need. You can also send a list with key elements if that is easier. I will get back to you for discussion and give you a quote via email.
2. Send reference photos
This would include pictures of yourselves, your pets, and any specific items or references. You can send me these via email, google drive link or icloud album.
Send me 1 reference photo only for EACH character. Your photos will affect the result of the drawing, such as hairstyle, clothes, posture. FULL BODY(no cut out), high resolution photos are required. I will request more photos if needed.
3. First Payment
Before I begin any work, I request that the first half of the payment is paid. I accept bank transfer(AU) or PayPal.
If you decide to cancel the commission before I begin working, I can refund you the full amount. If I am paid via Paypal, I will need to charge additional few percentage to cover the processing fee.
Once I begin my initial draft & line art, this first payment is non-refundable.
4. Initial Draft
After taking in the information you’ve sent me, I start with a rough concept sketch. I’ll share this to you to make sure I’m going in the right direction. You will be able to request amendments up to 3 times.
5. Final payment
Once you approved the draft, I request the remaining balance of the commission is paid. Once I recieve your payment, I will move on to details of your illustration.
6. Completing the illustration
After I finish your drawing, I’ll email you the print-ready digital file. This would be printed for personal use only and may not be shared, resold as either a digital or physical product or used commercialy. Nevertheless, you can share with your friends freely. I retain the copyright of the illustration.
